PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Nicholas has over 13 years of experience in real estate investment management, fund management, fundraising, and investor relations. He has been involved in investments across Australia, Singapore, and South Korea, including greenfield projects, logistics/warehouse investments, and residential acquisitions. Prior to his current role as CEO of APFM, he held positions as Head of Real Estate at IFS Capital and Director of Investment & Asset Management at Evia Capital.
